| Saturday, July 10, 2004 It had been quite a while, and probably some of you will have noticed the change in a permanent fixture on my msn nick, the skin of odac is shed but ithave and will always stay close to my heart. I don't really know what I am feeling right now, it is quite mixed. Anyway I was rather disorganised during the speech that i was supposed to make because of overwhelming emotions, stage fright etc.. so here is a more complete list of things to say to all of you.. tiffanie: thanks for the beautiful voice you have, your smile and your goodnatured-ness, i will nv forget that grin and the eternal flame. daryl: thanks for putting up with all the nonsense that i am, the harsh demands of the admin work, thank u for making me a better person. saus: strong arms? well, your cheeriness is infectious and thanks for being such good company. nita: thanks for the room! and your messy hair for us all to play with, thanks for being such a lovable person in our lives. shihui: thanks for the delicacies, the laughter and i look forward to seeing your more in.. (you know where*wink*) mel: thanks for your company at the table every morning, u r literally the first person i see in sch everyday, if i can say that it is pleasant to hear someone whine, that person will definitely be you. jamin: thanks for supporting me and being such a pillar for all of us, the great teammate you are, i look forward to joining the ecochallenge with u. pock: thanks for putting up with all my nonsense, and simply your company. the things we have gone thru together are far too many to list. joshua: thanks for being frank with me, trusting me with your troubles, though i did not help much, i hope that our friendship will last. jayce: hou yi? thanks for your organisation skills and camaraderie, pelapians? of course most recently your hospitality. simply thanks. not forgetting one love =) yonglai: thanks for being the buddy for 8 long years. i hope that that will make up only 10% of the length of our friendship. mingheng: the statement above can be refered to you too friend, thanks for being a teammate that we can rely on. cheech: thanks for the evil grins and the diao-ing, what more can i ask for? the countless times we took 165, and stuff.. i will always remember you. anyway whenever u feel like drinking, u can look for me ;) ruiming: it has being a long time, maybe 6 years? it is good to know you better than before.. thanks for being a friend zhengyuan: thanks for being simply me! haha.. anyway you are someone i can depend on.. thanks a lot for that. nizam: i hope that you can be more relieved after today, anyway your contribution in every little way made the difference. chuenkang: really appreciate you coming all the way from malaysia to join us for odac activities, even the non-official ones with poor attendance, your grandfatherly like grin is one that i look forward to seeing often. kitling: thanks for being one of us, and i really like to see you more often. kentoh: hey very paiseh abt it.. it's one plus last night.. once again my apologies.. anyway your flair for soccer and effort you put in for the activities are somethings to think about.. anyway thank you for being accomodating and your brilliant songs we sang together(shuang tian zhi zhun).. i don't care wat the rest say i just hope u understand.. anyway the central msg, odac19 had/has/will always taken a special part in my heart, and thank you all for being that part of me. hold on tight and odac will always live in our hearts. cheers chewyx~ |
